Eligibility Rules

Rebate redemption form and required items must be mailed postage prepaid (certified mail recommended) postmarked by February 28, 2010. Offer good only in connection with the purchase of a new in-box Pioneer BDP-V6000 purchased from an authorized Pioneer Professional Video dealer or distributor in the United States from December 1, 2009, through January 31, 2010. Offer not good for purchase of demo models, or used, repaired, or refurbished products. Original sales receipt and serial number and UPC barcode cut from the product box must be sent with the completed from to be valid and eligible. Form must contain street address in the United States; rebates will not be sent to a post office box. The completed rebate redemption form, together with the required items, must be mailed postage prepaid and postmarked by February 28, 2010 to be eligible for the rebate. Pioneer will not accept incomplete forms or forms not accompanied with the required items. You will receive the BDR-205 via UPS within 8 weeks, sent to the address listed above (P.O. Boxes are not accepted). The rebate is open only to residents of the United States. Employees of Pioneer and their families are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
