The P2 Studio Plus adds expanded remote control capabilities to the basic P2 Studio package. It features the compact digital Base Station (AG-BS300), a lightweight camera adapter (AG-CA300G), the AG-YA500G viewfinder interface box, plus the advanced AJ-RC10 remote control. The AJ-RC10 provides more sophisticated control options, including the ability to save and recall scene files, and can be extended to longer distances up to 90M (approx. 295 ft.) with optional cables.

The AG-BS300 digital base station, which features two HD/SD SDI outputs and a composite video output, connects with the AG-CA300G camera adapter via optional studio cables, available in 100-meter (328-ft.), 50-meter (164-ft.), and 25-meter (82-ft.) lengths. The viewfinder interface box, which enables display return of video in the ENG viewfinder, works with the AJ-CVF100G, AJ-HVF21G, AJ-VF20WB and the AJ-VF15B viewfinder models (not for use with the AG-HPX300 viewfinder).
