The ProxSys MA-Series is an extensive Media Asset Management system combined with an automated archive system. It presents a complete workflow for smart archiving ranging from quick and easy ingest of your data directly from popular tapeless media formats such as FS DTE recorders, P2, SxS and others and automated archiving on Blu-Ray discs drives to easy file retrieval via an intuitive Graphical User Interface.

Media Asset Management has Never Been Easier - The all-In-one solution offers multiple file ingest options including direct media card insert, via a network utilizing the popular ProxSys Media Transfer Tool. It imports native Metadata with the files and allows additional custom metadata to be added to media. The remote media is cleared in no time and ready for reuse in the field and allows additional custom metadata to be added to media.

While importing the media a small preview file is generated and you can describe your files with metadata for quick retrieval. A unique ID is assigned to a new or existing project and the files are automatically burnt to a minimum of two Blu-Ray discs, creating one long-term archive disc and one disc for daily use. Individual labeling options (for Blu-Ray disc only), e.g. company CI and logo, are provided by the optional disc robot.

The combination of the simple and intuitive Graphical User Interface, stored preview files and linked Metadata information the ProxSys MA Series powerful search engine facilitates the search and retrieval of your media content. Preview proxy clips are stored on a local 1TB RAID volume on the MA-Series (up to 2500 hours)and are always accessible for quick verification of the files. 3. Preview clip is added to the disc for faster retrieval

5. High-Res content is deleted from server after burn proof confirmation
6. Optimized schedule allocates tasks for office hours and after office hours to enhance performance
